One of the ways we get our ridiculous mash tun to work is using a hydrator the kicks ass!

This is how we found out the mash tun holds 1430 pounds. Not 1431

Once a month, our brewer will walk you through the brewery and bend your ear with an opinion or two.

Otherwise known as a grundy. We have been affectionately referring to this grundy as Fancy.
